Prep the berries. Rinse gently and pat dry.
Slice strawberries if using. If the berries are tart, toss them with a tiny drizzle of honey or a squeeze of lemon to brighten the flavor.
Flavor the yogurt. In a small bowl, stir the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and a pinch of cinnamon if you like. Taste and add a little honey or maple syrup, especially if using plain yogurt.
Choose your glass or bowl. A clear glass or jar shows off the layers nicely, but any bowl works.
Start layering. Add a few spoonfuls of yogurt to the bottom.
Top with a layer of berries, then a sprinkle of granola.
Repeat the layers. Keep layering yogurt, berries, and granola until you reach the top. Aim for 2–3 layers to keep it balanced.
Add crunch and garnish. Finish with chopped nuts or seeds for extra texture and healthy fats. Garnish with fresh mint if you have it.
Serve right away. For the best crunch, enjoy your parfait immediately.
If you like a softer granola texture, let it sit for 5–10 minutes before eating.
